How is your distillation process?
It is called double distillation because it involves two separate processes: crushing and rectification.
How is Tequila Diamante Negro® different from other tequilas on the market?
Crafted with passion and tradition, our tequila stands out for its unparalleled quality and remarkable attributes. Tequila Diamante Negro® is unique among tequilas because of its smoothness and exquisite taste.
Where does most of the distillation process take place?
All distillation is done at the Carmen Factory, which is owned by Agaveros de la Región SA de CV.
What are the differences between Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo?
Among the differences is the amount of time it is left to rest, which is longer in our factory than in others:
- Tequila Diamante Negro® Blanco is not aged in barrels, so it retains its original flavor (agave).
- Tequila Diamante Negro® Reposado is aged in American oak barrels for six months for a richer flavor.
- And lastly, Tequila Diamante Negro® Añejo is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months, which enhances its taste and aroma.
Are other additives added?
As artisans of the spirit, we take pride in creating a tequila that is smooth and refined. Every sip reveals the dedication and expertise that goes into its production. We have left no stone unturned in ensuring that our tequila is free from any additives, making it a pure and authentic experience that you can enjoy with confidence.
