How is your distillation process?

It is called double distillation because it involves two separate processes: crushing and rectification.

Crafted with passion and tradition, our tequila stands out for its unparalleled quality and remarkable attributes. Tequila Diamante Negro® is unique among tequilas because of its smoothness and exquisite taste.

All distillation is done at the Carmen Factory, which is owned by Agaveros de la Región SA de CV.

Among the differences is the amount of time it is left to rest, which is longer in our factory than in others:

  • Tequila Diamante Negro® Blanco is not aged in barrels, so it retains its original flavor (agave).
  • Tequila Diamante Negro® Reposado is aged in American oak barrels for six months for a richer flavor.
  • And lastly, Tequila Diamante Negro® Añejo is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months, which enhances its taste and aroma.
